About the Role:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will provide creative and disruptive solutions and opportunities to our clients and the world. You’ll put your passion for developing great software to use every day while working within a team comprised of business analysts, project managers, testers, quality assurance analysts, and client stakeholders. You will help to develop and deploy eye-catching and superior web-based, client/server, mobile or data system applications. We are accepting junior to senior level candidates for this position.

Required Skills & Background:

  • At least 1 year experience building web applications or server based applications.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without current or future need for a visa sponsorship.
  • Experience with any web development MVC framework, such as ASP.NET MVC, Spring MVC, Angular and other Javascript Frameworks, Node, CakePHP, Python Django, Ruby on Rails, etc
  • Relational database development experience (SQL Server 2008+, Oracle 10+, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DB2).
  • Experience developing RESTful Web Services using Web API, WCF, or similar technologies.
  • Must have a solid understanding of software engineering principles and Agile software development methodologies.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently or within a team.
  • Must have a desire and drive to learn new technologies, and to continuously learn and grow as a professional and as an individual.
  • Must have a passion for creating and delivering software that is both high quality and highly innovative.
  • Must have excellent programming, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to collaborate with a diverse set of people from many disciplines.
  • Must be able to understand and appropriately respond to client needs.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).

Bonus Skills & Experience:

  • Experience optimizing database structures for performance and/or maintainability and the ability to design and optimize stored procedures.
  • Experience using JavaScript frameworks to improve front end functionality.
  • Knowledge of Hibernate is a plus for Java.
  • Working knowledge of source control (Git, SVN, TFS, etc.), build tools (ANT, Maven, and Gradle) continuous integration (Jenkins).
  • Experience writing automated unit tests (NUnit, JUnit, Spock).
  • Previous consulting experience.
  • Experience within the government domain.
